Laundry facilities in constant disrepair, unsecured property left open 24/7, lack of oversight, rule enforcement, lack of respect for the neighbors, the community, inoperable fire hydrants, and unobserved burned out hallway lights are constant and prevalent. This has become the lowered standard and is the new generally accepted and normal way of life at our once well maintained and orderly little waterfront paradise.
We cannot allow this to continue. We can no longer subscribe to broken promises, untrue defamatory rumors, and salesmanship that attempts to discredit the facts.
This needs to change. It’s time for NEW LEADERSHIP, improvement, and progress at Bay Pointe. We need action.
